Lean Six Sigma training and certification – Yellow belt

Two-day course in Bulgarian with online exam and certificate from ILSS. The internationally certified and accredited course for “Yellow belt” по Lean Six Sigma, is intended for professionals, who need an understanding of the basics of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and who participate in process improvement projects as part of the implementation team.

The use of interactive games and hands-on exercises help participants experience the principles, the tools and techniques in practice. The certification exam of ILSS consists of 50 closed questions with four possible answers, of which only one is true. The exam is conducted online and is also translated into Bulgarian.
