Certified Lean Practitioner (One day upgrade and certification)
One day training is for people, who have already gone through our category trainings LEAN training or for such, which consider, that their knowledge covers the topics described in 3-the daily training for a Certified Lean Practitioner. Participants in this training will have the opportunity to take an online exam and receive an internationally recognized certificate from ILSS. The internationally certified and accredited course for “Certified Lean Practitioner” teaches managers and employees how to use methods, Lean tools and techniques to improve their business processes. Participants will understand how to lead small to medium-sized process improvement projects, using the DMAIC methodology. The certification exam of ILSSI is 1.5 o'clock, 50 closed questions with four possible answers, of which only one is true. The exam is conducted online and is also translated into Bulgarian.

Production managers of various levels in industrial enterprises, production engineers, technologists, as well as to all specialists in the field of production efficiency and material flow management. The training is also suitable for representatives from the service sector, which includes all administrative processes.

Presentation, including examples from the Bulgarian industry, themed games, video clips, exercises for preparing various statistical analyzes and discussions with the participants.
