Lean Six Sigma training and certification – Green belt

Five-day course in Bulgarian with online exam and certificate from ILSS. The internationally certified and accredited course for “Green belt” Lean Six Sigma teaches managers and workers how to use methods, Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to improve their business processes. Participants will understand how to lead small to medium-sized process improvement projects, using the DMAIC methodology. The certification exam of ILSS is two hours, 100 closed questions with four possible answers, of which only one is true. The exam is conducted online and is also translated into Bulgarian.

Learning objective:

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training and Certification introduces learners to the more complex statistical methods of Six Sigma, as well as with Lean leadership styles and the development of a Lean culture in the workplace. As a certified Green Belt, you will be able to lead teams and coach and lead team members or subject matter experts in your company. Prerequisites for the course:

A Windows laptop is required for this course 7 or more recent and basic understanding of mathematics. Price includes the required lifetime license for SigmaXL, as well as the fees for the exam and accreditation of the certificate.

Production managers of various levels in industrial enterprises, production engineers, technologists, as well as to all specialists in the field of production efficiency and material flow management.
