Certified TPM Practitioner

Two-day course in Bulgarian with online exam and certificate from ILSS. The internationally certified and accredited course for Certified TPM (Total Productive Support) Practical, is intended for professionals, who need an understanding of the basics of TPM (Total Productive Support) and who participate in equipment improvement projects as leaders and part of the implementation team.

The use of interactive games and hands-on exercises help participants experience the principles, the tools and techniques in practice. The certification exam of ILSS consists of 50 closed questions with four possible answers, of which only one is true. The exam is conducted online and is also translated into Bulgarian.

With this training you will learn what TPM is:

TPM – Total Productive Maintenance combines the traditional practice of preventive maintenance with the concepts of Total Quality Control and Total Personnel Engagement. The result is an innovative equipment maintenance system, which optimizes efficiency, eliminates breakdowns and promotes autonomous maintenance by operators, through daily activities. TPM improves company culture, as it is realized through teamwork at all levels. All departments - production are included, support, engineering etc. and all employees – from management to shop floor operators, everyone has a role to play in improving the company.   • The OEE indicator – Overall equipment efficiency.
