There is an opinion, that good results through lean methodology are achieved mainly in machine building and in the automotive industry.
We are participating in a project on the implementation of lean tools in the textile industry.
With the current post, we share some of the interim results. With them, we hope to overcome more excuses on the topic of "but our production is a different beer...".
