There is an opinion, that good results from Lean in the textile industry cannot be achieved and that Lean is mainly applicable in mechanical engineering and the automotive industry.
We are participating in a project on the implementation of Lean tools in the textile industry.
With the current post, we share some of the interim results. With them, we hope to overcome more excuses on the topic of "but our production is a different beer...".
