Lean Six Sigma training and certification – Black belt
Eight-day Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification, accredited by ILSS or CSSC International, is intended for professionals without previous Lean Six Sigma training and does not require a deep understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. The exam is 4 hours long 150 closed questions with four possible answers, of which only one is true. It is conducted online and has been translated into Bulgarian.
Purpose of trainedhere:
The course provides a detailed understanding of the methodologies, the tools and techniques of Lean and Six Sigma, needed to lead teams, coaching and mentoring other employees to reduce costs, the execution time, improving quality and eliminating losses. After completing the course, participants will have
the tools and understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology, necessary to make tactical and strategic decisions and will be able to assess the impacts of projects and changes both operationally, as well as at the corporate level.
The training emphasizes a disciplined and data-driven decision-making approach to leading problem-solving projects. The course introduces all the key concepts, to prepare students for the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification exam at ILSS or CSSC.

Prerequisites for the course:
- Participants are expected to have a basic knowledge and understanding of mathematics and have worked in project teams in a work or educational environment. Participants do not need to have Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt certification prior to enrolling in this 8-day Black Belt course. The participants, who already have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and certification, are advised to sign up for 3-the Black Belt Day Course instead of the 8-day course.
- For this course, it is desirable to have a laptop with a Windows operating system 10 or more recent and basic understanding of mathematics. Price includes the required lifetime license for SigmaXL, as well as the fees for the exam and accreditation of the certificate Participants, who already have Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, can draw on their prior knowledge and understanding of related concepts, covering both courses.

Production managers of various levels in industrial enterprises, production engineers, technologists, as well as to all specialists in the field of production efficiency and material flow management. The training is also suitable for representatives from the service sector, which includes all administrative processes.

Presentation, including examples from the Bulgarian industry, themed games, video clips, exercises for preparing various statistical analyzes and discussions with the participants.
