These general conditions apply to all public and company training, conducted by LEAN BULGARIA

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL PUBLIC TRAINING

1. The topics, the teachers, the school timetables and the dates and places, at which the trainings are held, are these, which are announced on the LEAN BULGARIA website
2. Prices and discounts for a given training are given in the training announcement and in the relevant application for participation.
3. LEAN BULGARIA reserves the right to replace one teacher with another without notifying the participants.
4. In case of changes in dates or venue
   LEAN BULGARIA notifies those who have applied for participation in the training. Invitations are current at the time they are sent. Subsequently, up-to-date information is obtained from the site, by phone or e-mail.
5. Application for participation is made by sending a completed application for participation in training, as follows: by e-mail: office@lean.bg or by phone 0896060911; for all other types of training - by filling in the relevant electronic requests, see the relevant announcements for one or other trainings at www.lean.bg.
6. Trainings are prepaid until 5 working days before the dates of their implementation.
7. The participants in public trainings of
   LEAN BULGARIA should plan their trip to the training location accordingly, that they are there at least 10 i. before the announced start time of the training.
8. Reservation of a place is done by paying the training fee by bank transfer, as the sum, which is specified in the request, on the website or in the proforma invoice, is transferred to the bank account indicated there.
9. LEAN BULGARIA has no obligation to reserve places for applicants, who have not paid the tuition. If, at the time of payment, there are no seats left for the specifically requested dates, the applicant will not be included in the study group. In this case by negotiation,
   LEAN BULGARIA refunds the applicant the amount paid or includes him in the group for further training with the same topic.
10. The catering is that, which is announced for the specific training on the LEAN BULGARIA website . Coffee breaks are provided by
    LEAN BULGARIA or by an external contractor. If the contractor is external (For example, wanted), he is fully and independently responsible for the quality and safety of beverages and food. For special food requirements (diabetics, vegetarians), this must be explicitly mentioned in the application for participation.
11. Travel orders can be certified on the spot by
    LEAN BULGARIA or by the host of the training.
12. The tax invoices are delivered personally to the representatives of the participating companies together with the personal certificates. A survey card is filled out by each participant at the end of his training and handed over to the teacher.
13. Study notes (if provided), who
    LEAN BULGARIA provides after training in addition to the delivered training material, are sent to e-mail, specified in the application for participation.
15. In case of postponement by the participants of requested and paid participation, if the adjournment is made within a period shorter than 5 working days before the training start date, LEAN BULGARIA withholds 50% from the cost of paid tuition. Then, if they sign up for new dates, participants pay extra only 50%. If they refuse new dates proposed by LEAN BULGARIA, it comes back to them 50% of the amount paid.
16. In case of non-attendance or refusal to participate, made by the participant or his company less than 2 days before the training date, the amount paid is non-refundable.
17. When postponing dates from LEAN BULGARIA, participants have the choice to receive back 100% of the paid amount or to participate in subsequent dates of the same trainings.
18. LEAN BULGARIA has no commitment to provide parking for the cars of the training participants.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL COMPANY TRAINING

1. If the company, stated the training, wishes to have a contract with
   LEAN BULGARIA for this training or for a group of trainings, it has an obligation to propose a form of such a contract.
2. The company, stated the training, designate an authorized coordinator or other contact person for all organizational and technical matters, related to planning, preparation and conduct of training.
3. One of the tasks of the coordinator is to provide up to 10 working days before the training date list of participants - three names (for issuing personal certificates) and unit and position (for the teacher to know to whom he will speak and possibly to adapt the learning content to the learning needs).
4. If the offer provides for it, the company, stated the training, provides the teacher with information, which he needs to plan and prepare the training (familiarization with documents, conversations with officials, site visits, process observations and more, whatever is requested with the offer).
5. The company, stated the training, provides a suitable hall for an undisturbed and comfortable learning process.
6. The company, stated the training, ensures the presence and effective inclusion of the participants in the learning process by order or in another effective way.
7. The training is opened by a senior manager of the applicant company, who announces the objectives of the training and introduces the teacher and the company LEAN BULGARIA.
8. Participants in the learning process can be called on duty only during the announced breaks.
9. The number of participants in the study group is determined during the negotiation of the terms of the offer, prepared by LEAN BULGARIA.
10. The company, stated the training, to 5 working days after the training makes payment of the full price of the training.
11. The company, stated the training, to 5 working days after the training, communicates to LEAN BULGARIA his impressions and evaluations of the training in the form of an official reference for satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the conducted training.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL PUBLIC AND COMPANY TRAINING

1. LEAN BULGARIA has an obligation to protect the personal data of the participants. In this case, personal data are the three names, the position and unit in the participant's company and their telephone numbers and e-mails. These data are used for communication on the occasion of the trainings, for organizational and technical purposes, as well as for issuing certificates and invoices.
2. LEAN BULGARIA issues personal certificates for effective participation in conducted trainings. The credentials, as species, are announced in advance in the article about the specific training on the LEAN BULGARIA website . The credentials, with the three names of the participants, with data on the topics of the training and with the date and venue, have license plates, taken to the Learning Center of LEAN BULGARIA . The three names of the participants are these, which are recorded in the application for participation in the training. Certificates are handed over personally at the end of the training to each participant. 4. Cell phones and other devices with audible alerts are muted or on vibrate during training sessions. Cell phones may not be used during classes in the study hall.
5. Learners are actually present and participate effectively in the learning process. Absence of even one topic from one training is sufficient reason to refuse a personal certificate for participation in training.
6. The multimedia slides and all other teaching and demonstration materials are the reserved property of
   LEAN BULGARIA and are not distributed either on time, nor after the training, unless copies are included in a course notebook or post-training PDFs. Its possible, based on a specific contract, some of the study materials to be purchased for temporary or permanent use, with limited or unlimited rights of use and/or distribution.

• preparation of proposals for the conclusion of contracts and the conclusion of contracts itself, sending courier services with renegotiated information and draft contracts, until an agreement is reached;
